Join Lara and Benny for two revitalising voyages through the senses as we serenade ourselves with compassionate movement whilst having our cells seduced by live sonic vibration. One class will be all slow-motion simmering and yin-full surrender, whilst the second class will be a high-vibe wake up call to the symphony alive inside of us.

Tuning the instrument of the body

Our body is our home, our vehicle of experience, the medium through which we know this world. To inhabit places with integrity, we first need to learn to inhabit our body – to tune it, to play it as if it were a finely treasured instrument.

In this breath-per-melody-per-movement masterclass we will turn the body into one big ear to truly listen to the sounds and symptoms of what it feels like to be alive as we start by hearing the external music and then follow the impulses into the symphony alive inside of us.

Accompanied by a soaring live soundscape of voice and guitar, we will explore several waves of multi-dimensional sequences, including creative namaskars, expressive hip-openers, ecstatic backbends and energising arm balances, resulting in a powerful rhythmic experience, liberating our creative life force and finding freedom in every cell.
