Join Vicki for her signature blend of vinyasa yoga and myofascial release.
This 2 hour workshop will be a mix of all levels of asana flow coupled with MFR techniques to give you a deeper sense of your body by delving into the connective tissue.
We will look at how the practice of flowing movement, compression, rolling, and various other techniques come together to allow for deeper mobility, replenishment, and hydration of connective tissues.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner, though it is not recommended for a brand new beginner.
Props required: two myofascial release balls / tennis balls (same size) and one yoga block.
