Wanting to explore Pilates but not sure where to start? BodyMindLife’s Pilates for Beginners workshop is a 2 week introductory programme for those new to the Reformer or the Pilates method. The workshop equips participants with a solid foundation of basics and is suitable for anyone regardless of fitness level & experience. Presented in a relaxed, friendly & inclusive environment.

About Narelle:
 
Narelle is a fully registered Pilates instructor, comprehensively trained by the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) in 2007. Additional to her Pilates qualifications Narelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Health Science, a Diploma in Fitness. She has a nurturing and confident approach to issues and injuries within the body and strongly believes Pilates is for everybody. She loves interacting with people and not only shares her Pilates and health knowledge but she loves to educate clients about their body – empowering them to achieve a higher level of wellbeing.
