Join world leading teacher Annie Carpenter for a five day Pranayama intensive to develop your own practice, and teaching skills.
This intensive online training dives deep into Pranayama as practice, its theory and application in both healing and transformational applications.
Each day will begin with a strong asana practice, with an emphasis on Pranayama and the cultivation of breath awareness. Afternoons will be a mix of lecture, learning various Pranayama techniques and developing increasingly subtle states of concentration, and energetic effects.

This online training is designed for both yoga teachers and advanced students.
You will receive 30 hours of credit towards your SmartFLOW Advanced certification or Continuing Education Units (CEUs for Yoga Alliance).
