Step away from the every day and into the salty beauty of Byron Bay, on BodyMindLife’s first ever luxury combined Yoga and Pilates Retreat. Join Head of Yoga Noelle Connolly and Head of Pilates Chelsey Cameron for three days of quality classes, spa treatments and outdoor adventures, and three nights enjoying the best seasonally grown produce in the towns buzzing restaurants. 

Days/Nights

Our days will be defined by a long morning Yoga practice and an invigorating afternoon Pilates practice, with time to lounge under a palm tree, spot dolphins and turtles, or browse local shops in between. Evenings will begin with cocktails followed by delicious dinners at our favourite local hangs. 

Classes

Classes and wellness treatments will take place in the sacred and sustainable surrounds of the brand new BodyMindLife Byron Bay, designed as a healing space for body and spirit. 

Accommodation

The Byron Quarter, boutique style accommodation, will be our home for the retreat. Right in the centre of the towns wonderful cafes and stores, and just a few minutes walk to Main Beach. Journey alone, bring your partner, or come as a crew. Let us know how you are traveling and we’ll find the best place for you.
