BodyMindLife Bondi Beach has a bright yoga room just blocks from Sydney’s most famous beach. Polished wooden floors, large windows and a gentle breeze from the sunny balcony make for an uplifting practice experience.
If you are a beginner or new to BodyMindLife we recommend you start in our Yoga Essentials classes, which will build your foundations gradually with a focus on instruction and technique. More experienced yogis will be inspired and challenged by Yoga Open and Progressive classes, which move through an energetic flow with strong poses and creative sequencing.
Chill flow, yin, yoga nidra and parents & bubs yoga will support and complement the more active side of your yoga practice, opening, releasing and nourishing the body.
