In a heritage listed building opposite Redfern Park, enter via the external gate, head left through the courtyards and head up the stairs to level one. A place of calm and ease within the vibrant inner-city neighbourhood, the studio is home to both a spacious yoga shala and state of the art reformer Pilates space.

We offer energising and balancing reformer Pilates classes for people of all levels of experience and fitness. We recommend that beginners and those who are new to the yoga practice build their foundations in our Pilates Align classes. More experienced students will be inspired in Pilates Flow classes.
