BodyMindLife Redfern is home to a light, airy yoga space overlooking the leafy treetops of Redfern Park and just a short walk to nearby Waterloo.
If you are a beginner or new to BodyMindLife we recommend you start in our Yoga Essentials classes, which will build your foundations gradually with a focus on instruction and technique. More experienced yogis will be inspired and challenged by Yoga Open and Progressive classes, which move through an energetic flow with strong poses and creative sequencing.
Yin yoga and meditation will support and complement the more active side of your yoga practice, releasing and nourishing the body and mind.
Classes vary in focus and pace, and from teacher to teacher. We encourage you explore the many options available on the timetable, while being mindful of your fitness and experience level.
