By reading and checking “Membership Commitment” you are agreeing to purchase a Fortnightly Membership for the agreed amount, as an automatic charge to your credit/debit card each fortnight. You understand that membership payments will continue unless you specifically ask to cancel your membership. By agreeing to this contact you certify that you are the holder of the credit/debit card used for these membership payments.
MEMBERSHIP AT BODYMINDLIFE
In order to attend a class with us you will need to check-in at reception upon every visit prior to your class starting. Your Fortnightly Membership with us has exclusive use. If a Member allows his or her membership to be used by another person for the purpose of obtaining admission, the person to whom we have Fortnightly Membership with will forfeit all claims and rights to the subscription and ceases to be a Member at BodyMindLife effective immediately.

Our online booking system is enabled for one studio Pilates and Yoga booking per day, additional classes for the same day can be booked by contacting our studio directly on a space available basis. Your membership will give you access to all BodyMindLife locations unless stated otherwise.

CLASS BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
- Class sizes are limited, please pre-book online. Online booking opens 7 days prior to class. Online booking closes 60 minutes before class. If you fail to cancel your booking without at least 2 hours notice before your class starts, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15.00. If you simply do not show for your class, you will be charged a No Show Fee of $25.00.
- To cancel your class – Sign in to your dashboard on www.bodymindlife.com to early cancel your booking and avoid paying the late cancellation / no show fee.
This policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend class. We appreciate your support! Additional cancellation fees may apply for events and trainings. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details.
SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP To suspend your membership, a completed request must be submitted via Manage Membership found on your Dashboard or via email at least 7 days’ in advance of your next billing date. Any membership payments during this notice period are non-refundable. The minimum suspension term is 7 days, and the maximum suspension is 56 days annually. Once we have processed your suspension, you will receive email notification to confirm your suspension. If you do not receive this notification within 7 days’ of your suspension request please contact us.
Please note: we are unable to backdate suspensions or suspend memberships until further notice. Suspensions can be made at any point during the billing cycle. Following the end of your requested suspension period, your fortnightly payments will automatically be reactivated. Memberships will not be suspended automatically due to non-attendance. Please make sure you suspend your membership if you’re not able to practice as payments are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP membership payments will continue until further notice from you. All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Cancellation Page that is available via your online Dashboard “Manage Membership” or via email email@example.com We cannot accept your cancellation request over the phone or at the studio reception. Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive email notification that it has been accepted. If you do not receive this notification within 7 days’ of your cancellation request please contact us. We require 14 days’ notice before your next scheduled membership payment to process the request. Any membership payments during this noticed period are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of each member to cancel their membership subscription. Non-attendance does not warrant a refund or cancellation. Memberships will not automatically cancel due to non-attendance.
PAYMENT OF FEES Subscription fees are processed by www.stripe.com. By providing a payment method, credit/debit card, for your Fortnightly Subscription, you authorise BodyMindLife Group to electronically debit your account. Please note: previous Fortnightly Subscriptions before 16/06/2020 have been contacted to Ezidebit www.ezidebit.com.au phone on (07) 3124 5500.What will appear on your bank statement: EZI*BODYMINDLIFE Group. UNSUCCESSFUL MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS If there are insufficient funds for whatever reason at the time of the direct debit BodyMindLife will attempt to process your payment again – for three consecutive days. In the event of all attempts failing, a direct debit rejection fee of $9.90 may be charged and we reserve the right to try for this payment until it is successful. You will be sent an automated email notification of each unsuccessful attempt. Membership Fees will continue to be debited from the Member’s chosen account until the Member, or BodyMindLife, cancels the arrangement in line with the Cancellation of Membership clause of these Terms and Conditions. If at any time the Member’s membership fees are overdue BodyMindLife may terminate the membership or suspend booking privileges with immediate effect without notice. Please do not attempt to re-purchase a contract online if you have an outstanding payment. It is best you contact us directly to fix up any outstanding payments. Non-attendance does not warrant a void on an outstanding membership payment and will not affect your future payment schedule.

QUERYING A PAYMENT: If you have any questions around a payment or charge you can contact your home studio or firstname.lastname@example.org We will do our best to respond within 7 days. If you are not happy with our response, you may contact your financial institution.
BUDDY PASSES You will receive two Buddy Passes every 3 months. Keep in mind, they don’t accumulate if you haven’t used them. To access your buddy passes, all you need to do is have your partner/friend register online (if new to BML) and call or email us at any of our studios, so we can reserve a spot for your friend & assign the pass. Please note: During Covid-19 restrictions, Buddy Passes are on hold until we are allowed to have more people in a class. Buddy Passes will accumulate for active members and you will be able to use them once restrictions change.
ONGOING CONCESSION RATE ELIGIBILITY Members who are eligible for a concession rate for a membership must provide proof every twelve (12) months from joining date that they are eligible for a concession rate of membership. If you do not show your eligibility after the first 12 months of your membership your membership rate will be increased to the full rate. Concession rates are only available at the studio not online.

UPGRADING OR DOWNGRADING YOUR MEMBERSHIP You are free to upgrade or downgrade your membership at any point of your contract. Depending on when your last membership payment was made there may be a pro-rate amount that will need to be paid. The downgrade will start as of your next membership payment date. To upgrade or downgrade you can email email@example.com or see us at reception. Please don’t attempt to purchase another membership online as you will have two active memberships.
STAYING UP TO DATE WITH OUR TERMS It is the responsibility of the Member to inform BodyMindLife of any changes to the Member’s personal details that are relevant to the Member’s Contract. We will notify you by placing a notice in the studios, publishing on our website or social media pages or speaking to you via phone or in the studio or writing you an email.
VARIATIONS We may sometimes add to change our terms and conditions. This includes changing class times, teachers, opening and closing hours, our services and facilities, membership fees and pass options. We do not reduce your membership fees because your studio is closed for renovations, a class is cancelled or there is a reduced schedule during holiday periods and long weekends. We do not reduce your rates if you have not be able to utilise your membership.
MEMBERSHIP RATE INCREASE We reserve the right to increase your fees at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to tell you about this at least 30 days beforehand by writing to the email address you last gave us. We will consider that you have received our email on the second business day after it is sent.
