By checking the Membership Commitment box you are agreeing to purchase the Fortnightly Membership for the agreed amount, as an automatic charge to your credit/debit card each fortnight for a minimum contract period of a minimum 8 (eight) fortnightly payments. You understand that membership payments will continue after the minimum term unless you specifically ask to cancel them. By agreeing to this contact you certify that you are the holder of the credit/debit card used for these membership payments.



In order to attend a class with us you will need to sign-in at reception upon every visit prior to your class starting. Your membership with us has exclusive use. If a Member allows his or her membership to be used by another person for the purpose of obtaining admission, the person to whom we have membership contract with will forfeit all claims and rights to the membership and ceases to be a Member at BodyMindLife.



Yoga Membership – unlimited Yoga classes at all BodyMindLife studios

Pilates Membership – Pilates classes all BodyMindLife studios – However, our online booking system is enabled for one Pilates booking per day, additional Pilates classes for the same day can be booked by contacting our studio direct.

  • Class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online, especially for popular or peak time classes. Online booking opens 7 days prior to class. Online booking closes 60 minutes before class. For Pilates if you make a booking fail to attend, without providing at least two hours notice of your cancellation, you will be charged a $25.00 no show fee. For Yoga, class cancellations are accepted up to 60 minutes prior to class starting.
  • To cancel your class – Sign in to your dashboard on to early cancel your booking and avoid paying the late cancellation / no show fee.

This policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend class. We appreciate your support! Additional cancellation fees may apply for events and trainings. See for more details.


SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP To suspend your membership, a completed request must be submitted via Manage Membership found on your Dashboard  at least 7 days’ in advance of your next billing date. Any membership payments during this noticed period are non-refundable. The minimum suspension term is 7 days, and the maximum suspension is 56 days annually. Once you have requested a suspension, you will receive email notification to confirm your suspension. If you do not receive this notification within 7 days’ of your suspension request please contact us. 

Please note: we are unable to backdate suspensions or suspend memberships until further notice. Suspensions can be made at any point during the billing cycle. Days that have been paid for will be made available for use at the end of the suspension. Following the end of your requested suspension period, your fortnightly payments will automatically be reactivated.


CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP membership payments will continue after the minimum term until further notice from you. All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Cancellation Page  that is available via your online Dashboard “Manage Membership”. You may cancel your membership once outside the contracted period of 8 fortnightly payments (4 months). Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive email notification that it has been accepted. If you do not receive this notification within 7 days’ of your cancellation request please contact us. We require 7 days’ notice before your next schedule membership payment to process the request. Any membership payments during this noticed period are non-refundable.

If there are insufficient funds for whatever reason at the time of the direct debit BodyMindLife will attempt to process your payment again –  for three consecutive days. In the event of all attempts failing, a direct debit rejection fee of $9.90 may be charged and we reserve the right to try for this payment until it is successful. You will be sent an automated email notification of each unsuccessful attempt. Membership Fees will continue to be debited from the Member’s chosen account until the Member, or BodyMindLife, cancel the arrangement in line with the Cancellation of Membership clause of these Terms and Conditions. If at any time the Member’s membership fees are overdue BodyMindLife may terminate the membership or suspend booking privileges with immediate effect without notice.

To avoid additional charges or disruption to your service please contact BodyMindLife and let us know if you require alternative payment arrangement or need to alter your payment schedule.


QUERYING A PAYMENT: If you have any questions around a payment or charge you can contact your home studio or We will do our best to respond within 7 days. If you are not happy with our response, you may contact your financial institution.


FAMILY MEMBERSHIP Any 2 related members living at the same address can purchase a Fortnightly Unlimited Family Membership, unmarried partners included. Each family member will receive a discount of $10 off their fortnightly membership payments.The memberships MUST be purchased by ONE person for all family members. Should one of the family members end their membership contract with us your rate will revert back to the full membership rate automatically. This offer is only available on the auto-pay fortnightly memberships. Speak to your studio reception for more information as this offer is not available online.


BUDDY PASSES You will receive two Buddy Passes every 3 months. Keep in mind, they don’t accumulate if you haven’t used them. To access your buddy passes, all you need to do is show up with your partner/friend and let the us know at reception that you would like to use your buddy pass. If you can’t make it to the class with your friend, you’ll need to call or email us at any of our studios, so we can reserve a spot for your friend & assign the pass.


ONGOING CONCESSION RATE ELIGIBILITY Members who are eligible for a concession rate for a membership must provide proof every twelve (12) months from joining date that they are eligible for a concession rate of membership. If you do not show your eligibility after the first 12 months of your membership your membership rate will be increased to the full rate. Concession rates are only available at the studio not online.

You are free to upgrade your membership at any point of your contract. Depending on when your last membership payment was made there may be a pro-rate amount that will need to be paid. The change in service will not alter your commitment period and you will not need to sign a new contract with us. You can downgrade your membership once outside the 4 month minimum period – unless otherwise agreed to. The downgrade will start as of your next membership payment date. To upgrade or downgrade you can email or see us at reception.


STAYING UP TO DATE WITH OUR TERMS It is the responsibility of the Member to inform BodyMindLife of any changes to the Member’s personal details that are relevant to the Member’s Contract. We will notify you by placing a notice in the studios, publishing on our website or social media pages or speaking to you via phone or in the studio or writing you an email.


VARIATIONS We may sometimes add to change our terms and conditions. This includes changing class times, teachers, opening and closing hours on public holidays, our services and facilities and membership fees. We do not reduce your membership fees because your studio is closed for renovations, a class is cancelled or for reduced schedule during public holidays.


We reserve the right to increase your fees at any time after the minimum period (4 months) of your agreement has ended. We will make a reasonable effort to tell you about this at least 14 days beforehand by writing to the email address you last gave us. We will consider that you have received our email on the second business day after it is sent.
