Aneta is internationally trained STOTT Pilates Instructor, a long-time passionate yogi and sports enthusiast. Aneta is from Prague, Czech Republic. Her fitness journey started in Sydney 2013 where she was exploring various yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Bikram and Kundalini. Whilst in Sydney she was introduced to Pilates and instantly found a connection. She moved back to Europe in 2016 and was teaching Pilates in Barcelona and Prague. Aneta likes to create sessions for each individuals needs from athletes wanting to maximise results, mothers rebuilding their bodies after child birth, rehabilitation from injuries and people who just want better performance from their bodies.
