Yoga & Pilates Teacher

Charlotte's teaching career started in yoga. After a lifetime of dance, hard times found her in the yoga room where she fell in love with the practice with what it gave her both physically and mentally. Under the guidance of LA teacher Noah Maze, she completed her first teacher training, and has continued as a student ever since. Charlotte’s classes bring an alignment focus to the flow, encouraging students to strengthen their practice and open their bodies without injury. She teaches students how yoga can benefit both on the mat and in their daily lives.

Even though a total yogi at heart, Charlotte started pilates as a way to support her yoga practice. It didn't take her long to get hooked once she discovered the strength and stability pilates created in her body. After teaching yoga for 4 years she decided to add pilates into her teaching repertoire and loves creating workouts that are challenging, safe but most importantly fun. She loves encouraging her clients to move in a way that makes them feel strong and empowered.

When she isn't teaching yoga or pilates, as a Bondi local she lives at the beach, or in her kitchen cooking up a storm. Weekends are spent in nature, at the famers markets, or enjoying a glass (or two) of vino.
