Canadian girl living her best life in Sydney.
Under the influence of very happy and healthy parents Christie grew up in a gym and from around the age of 9 knew she wanted to teach movement one day too.
At 20 she started her own business: the BOD squad, an outdoor bootcamp at various parks around Toronto. From there she grew clients and a name for herself. Became a lululemon legacy ambassador and continued to develop her skills with Pilates, yoga, personal training and more.
After six years of running BOD squad Christie opened up BOD Studio and worked as owner and operator there for two years before selling the business in 2018.
Moving to Sydney Australia has been an adventure and a half. Christie is totally inspired by the strong community at BodyMindLife and feels honoured to do what she loves here.

Enjoyed! First time back at a cardio style workout since having a baby. Found it hard, but enjoyedLiked learning the move in the warm up (as I was quite a newbie).Also really enjoyed the flow - that level would probably be my max for the moment but fun!

These handstand classes are amazing. I would never have tried these moves before, and even though I can't do any of them properly at this stage, I keep pushing myself. Christie makes it seem possible that one day I will be doing handstands!
