Having experienced first-hand the transformative power of yoga and meditation in helping to overcome chronic health issues, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes and a passion for sharing that with her students.

Leaving the corporate world behind to dedicate herself to teaching full time, Debbie now delights in helping her students to transform how they feel both physically and mentally.

Classes weave creative, intuitive sequencing with pranayama, meditation and relaxation to guide students inwards to a place where they feel balanced, calm, revitalised and deeply connected to the essence of who they are.
