Emily, originally from the UK, started off her career as a professional dancer. She performed around the world before moving to Australia where she deepened her yoga practice and fitness studies. Emily started working for BML in 2014 as one of our front desk assistants and was in the team when we first opened our Bondi Studio 3 years ago. In July of that year she completed her 200 hours in Thailand, and since then has completed further trainings at BML. Emily is also a Personal Trainer and barre instructor, particularly specialising in group fitness. Believing that this combination of movement go hand in hand, Emily is constantly exploring and learning how we can train and utilise our bodies to move at its highest efficiency, to ultimately be our best self both on and off the mat. She has a great understanding of the body and a passion for graceful movement. Never one to take life too seriously she will ensure to make each class fun and dynamic!

About The Class

Yoga Open classes offer an energetic flow with strong poses and creative sequencing, designed to challenge and inspire physically and mentally. Classes vary in pace, and from teacher to teacher. We encourage you to move within the boundaries of your experience level.
