Stacey Astley-Clark

Prenatal Yoga Teacher

Stacey has been practising yoga for over 15 years but found her true calling in 2013, following the birth of her little boy - an experience which she describes as profound, empowering and overwhelmingly positive thanks to the magic of yoga.

Stacey’s teaching style has been shaped through over 600 hours of training in Australia, India and Europe. Studying with the likes of John Ogilvie, Nadia Narain, Katie Manitsas, and Ayurvedic Doctor, Shaun Matthews.

She is now wholly devoted to the field of Pre and Postnatal wellness and is a certified Hypnobirthing Australia practitioner and Childbirth Educator.

Stacey believes that there is no greater Yoga than the connection between mother and child. Her classes are designed to strengthen this bond and create strong, confident and conscious parents.
