Brad Inness has been teaching movement-based practices for the past 10 years internationally and is now residing in Byron Bay working as a Pilates practitioner with specialized knowledge in advanced coaching. With his Diploma qualification in Pilates, he has garnered extensive experience in the field of helping clients to achieve their fitness goals. Brad’s passion for Pilates is rooted in his deep understanding of the human body, and he is driven by his desire to help people become their healthiest selves.

With years of experience as a Pilates instructor and coach, Brad has developed a unique and personalized approach to providing his clients with a custom-tailored workout. He aims to challenge his clients and help them to reach new levels of strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. More about Brad Inness

Northern Rivers local, Brad Inness comes from a long international career, working in London, Berlin, Hong Kong, Belgium, and the US. He left Australia in 2007 for his first contract with Royal Caribbean, which then led him to London to work in the commercial and theatre scene for artists such as Franz Ferdinand and The Kooks.

Brad has performed in London’s venues such as the Adelphi Theatre, West End, and Twickenham Rugby Stadium, and has Toured England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Egypt, and the Middle East working in various theatre production and company shows. In between work and enjoying the UK, Brad began teaching and choreographing around some of London’s studios while also working for companies such as Nike, Sweaty Betty & Lululemon. He began to curate Barre and Movement classes for various London studios, where he then continued to develop these programs in Berlin and Belgium.   

Brad continued overseas to Asia, where he moved to Hong Kong to be a part the opening ceremony of The Parisian Macau. Moving into the corporate performing industry where he went to perform around Hong Kong and Vietnam for companies such as Tissot and Lexus. 

Since arriving back to Australia, Brad has furthered his education in Pilates with an Integrated Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology on top of his Advanced Diploma of Art (Dance).

Brad specialises in building athletic stamina and teaching people to use their body in a way that makes injury impossible.
