Caitlin is a reformer, mat pilates and barre instructor and a musical theatre triple threat. As a professional performer, she discovered her love of pilates and mindful movement through a need to condition her own body, strengthen her core and rehabilitate a serious injury. From theatre to pilates, Caitlins teaching experience spans over 12 years.
