Fiona Goldsmith is a speaker, poet and a creative, dedicated and qualified Yoga Teacher and pain management consultant.
She leads classes in person and online , workshops and private sessions.
Fiona has merged various yoga’s with Chi Gung, mindfulness, Meditation, Breath work and resistance stretching with a focus on working through the fascia to create a therapeutic class geared towards teaching people to heal their pain and calm stress and anxiety. Her classes with BodyMindLife are called “Release”.
Fiona completed teacher training at the world renowned YOGA WORKS in Santa Monica, California in 1994.
