In 2009 Georgia discovered yoga and meditation after breaking her back. She was in desperate need of some natural pain relief and a practice that would assist in gaining full mobility back in her body. Georgia had explored many avenues but it was yoga and meditation that really clicked and became an integral part of her rehabilitation.
Having experienced firsthand the incredible impact yoga and meditation can have both physically & mentally, Georgia felt inspired to share it with others. She started out teaching family & friends before seriously considering teaching yoga and meditation professionally.
Georgia’s classes are slow flowing; encouraging fluid, mindful movement initiated by the breath. Carefully crafted sequences to transport students to a calm centered state of being, present in their bodies and breath.
“What I love most about teaching is being able to empower others to feel really good. It’s very rewarding to know that yoga can change someone’s day for the better, which no doubt has a ripple effect off the mat and out into the world.”
