Jess has been a mover her entire life. After participating in group fitness for 15 years, Jess undertook her certification in Mat, Reformer and Narre pilates. Physical activity is an essential part of her anxiety and stress relief and she is passionate about the role physical movement plays in our mental health. Jess will ensure you feel safe with a focus on proper alignment and plenty of tactile adjustments. Plus you can expect lots of encouragement (and dad jokes) along the way, Jess wants you to sweat AND smile – it is just pilates, after all!
