Over the past 12 years exploring and teaching different forms of movement, Kiera has developed a deep curiosity for holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. By holding the space to develop awareness in the body, she aims to teach and educate students on how to use these techniques in class in a challenging yet supportive way.
Expect to leave your class feeling challenged, energised, yet centered as Kiera combines breath, deep muscle activation and juicy targeted exercises to assist the connection of the mind, body and spirit.
