Lindsay fell in love with Pilates while living and working in finance in NYC. After taking her first reformer class, she quickly gravitated toward Pilates as an escape from hectic work days and busy city life. She found that traditional cardio/HIIT classes left her body feeling even more exhausted, while Pilates was the only workout that refreshed and energised her – combining functional and mindful movement with a strengthening/lengthening focus.
After moving to Sydney, Lindsay found a home away from home at the BodyMindLife studio in Bondi Beach. Inspired by the community of passionate instructors, she pursued her teacher training with the BodyMindLife team and became a nationally accredited Pilates instructor certified by Physical Activity Australia. Lindsay’s classes are dynamic and fun, offering creative variations on traditional Pilates techniques, while creating a warm and welcoming environment. See you on the reformer!
