Charlotte’s classes bring an alignment focus to the flow, encouraging students to strengthen their practice and open their bodies without injury. She teaches students how yoga can benefit both on the mat and in their daily lives. Off the mat you can find her writing, cooking, traveling or as close as possible to the beach.

Pilates Align

Carla Sconce

CLASS INFORMATION - Pilates Align

Pilates Align classes are for those who are new to Pilates or more experienced practitioners who want to fine-tune their current practice and technique. Enough of a workout to get your endorphins flowing but with an emphasis on control and precision. Suitable for those recovering from injury and post natal clients.

YOUR TEACHER - Carla Sconce

Carla was first introduced to Pilates in 2001 and was immediately hooked. Practicing in Sydney, New York and London, Carla completed her certification in both mat and reformer Pilates in 2013. She believes the Pilates focus on posture, core stability and strength makes it an important practice for people of all ages and backgrounds. Carla's classes are strong and always varied. As a fully certified Personal Trainer, her focus is on form and movement, while encouraging clients to get the most out of their training. In 2015 she added Barre Attack to her repertoire, because she wanted to test herself (and her dance moves!). As a healthy living advocate and mother of two, Carla understands everyone leads busy lives but that if we love what we're doing, and nurture our body, we can achieve great thing.
