As of 8th of April, we’ll bid farewell to MindBodyOnline and fully transition to our new system. But don’t worry, we’re here to guide you through every step of the way.

Fit by Wix

Here’s what’s in store:

  • Say hello to weekly memberships, offering you more flexibility and value.
  • Enjoy greater control over your memberships with our member portal, allowing you to easily manage your passes, suspensions and more.
  • Connect effortlessly with our vibrant community and support team through the app’s chat function.

Download the app NOW and set up your account with us. 

For our Surry Hills Community:

Practice at both? 
Sign up for your main studio and contact our support team.
 1. Activate your account using the same email address that is currently linked to your account with us. 
2. Follow the prompts to set up your new password.
For Membership holders:
  •  Explore our pricing plans and select your membership.
  • Add your payment details and complete your purchase. (You will get charged for your next membership payment but don’t worry this will roll on from your previous payment! and you won’t be double charged. )
  • Start booking your classes through the app or our new website.


Important note for Membership Holders: Your membership will not be automatically converted and will still remain being charged in MindBodyOnline if you do not make the transfer. Once you purchase your new membership in Fit By Wix, your MindBody membership will automatically be cancelled by us. 
Important note for Trial Pass, Holiday Pass & 10 Class Pass Holders: 
Your pass will automatically transferred over but you will need to ensure you that you are using the same email address to sign up otherwise it will not be transferred correctly.
Important note for Drop In Passes:
You will receive a code from us before the 7th of April that will ensure a full discount to transfer your passes over to the new app.

Q: When can we start using this app?
A: You will be able to activate your membership within the app from 4:00pm on the 7th of April.
Q: What if I am on suspension?
A: Please contact the studio to be taken off suspension before you try to convert your membership.
Q: What happens if I still have days left on my current membership?
A: No need to wait! We’ll seamlessly transfer any remaining days to your new plan.
Q: Will I lose my future class bookings?
A: Not at all! Everything has been synced for a smooth transition.
Q: How do I book a class using the new app?
A: Simply click the “Book Now” button, choose your class, select a time, and confirm your booking.
Q: What if I practice at more than one BodyMindLife studio? 
A: Please connect to our support team and we can help link your membership to both communities.
Q: I’m having trouble booking through the app. What should I do?
A: Reach out to us via the app’s chat function or visit the front desk for assistance.
