Emily, originally from the UK, started off her career as a professional dancer. She performed around the world before moving to Australia where she deepened her yoga practice and fitness studies. Emily has been teaching and practicing Yoga for the past 7 years and since her initial 200 hours has completed over 350 hours of further trainings both with Bodymindlife and international guest teachers. Emily has recently been diving deeper into studying pre and postpartum corrective exercise and breath work whilst deepening her knowledge of yoga philosophy and how to integrate the ancient teachings both into her classes and living yoga off the mat. Also a personal trainer, mat pilates instructor and with her background in dance, in her classes Emily aims to build our awareness of how we show up in the world using the tools of the physical body, breath and meditation. She has a passion for graceful movement and never one to take life too seriously she will ensure to make each class fun and dynamic!
