Our classes feature heated Vinyasa to strengthen the body and clear the mind, Yin and Chill Flow yoga that will leave you in a deep state of relaxation as well as Men’s yoga for the burly bros out there.

ESSENTIALS

Yoga Essentials classes build the foundations of your yoga practice. Classes move at a steady pace with a focus on alignment and instruction. These classes are typically slower-paced and more instructional, with a focus on teaching proper form, breathing techniques and alignment that will leave you feeling confident in your future practice.

Who is this class for?

Yoga Essentials classes are suitable for students who are new to yoga or are looking to refresh their understanding of the foundational principles and techniques. Each class is suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be modified to suit different needs and abilities. No prior experience is necessary to attend Yoga Essentials.

Yoga Open classes offer an energetic yoga flow with strong poses and creative sequencing, designed to challenge and inspire both physically and mentally.
Classes vary in focus and pace, and from teacher to teacher. We encourage you to move within the boundaries of your experience level.

Who is this class for?

Yoga Open classes are recommended to those with prior yoga experience. If you’re new to Vinyasa, please attend 4-6 Yoga Essentials classes before trying our Open classes for the best experience.

PROGRESSIVE

Stretch your limits...

Get ready to play at the edge of your limits! If you are wanting to really challenge yourself then this is your class. You’ll move at a vigorous tempo and experiment with arm balances, inversions and adventurous sequencing. Come with an open mind, a light heart and be prepared to go deep.

Who is this class for?

Our Progressive classes are designed for experienced yoga students only and are not suitable for beginners.

CHILL FLOW

Chill Flow classes will guide you through a voluptuous sequence that melts the body open with a slow and mindful flow. Move from pose to counter pose to Yoga Nidra, creating a full-spectrum experience for the body that will leave you feeling centred, whole and extremely relaxed.

Chill Flow is for anyone who wants to experience a deep sense of rest and restoration within the body and mind. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi looking to slow things down and find more focus, or a beginner looking to ease into the practise at a gentler pace, this class is for you.

Yoga

Yin offers long, meditative yoga holds that release stress and tension from the body. Explore subtle energies and penetrate deep into your body’s connective tissue. Restful and meditative, positions are held anywhere from 3-7 minutes and may be enhanced by supportive props like bolsters, blankets or blocks.

Yin yoga is for anyone who wants to find a little more relaxation in their life. Should you be an athlete looking to complement your more intense workouts, a desk jockey looking to release tension from hours of sitting, or just someone who wants to relax and unwind; Yin yoga has a plethora of mental and physical benefits. It’s the perfect practice for anyone who wants to sink deep into relaxation and find some peace of mind.

RESISTANCE
Yoga

Discover the power of surrender…

Yoga Resistance uses resistance stretching, simple movement, breathing and mindfulness techniques, to help reduce mental and physical pain caused by trauma, stress, muscular tension and dense connective tissue. Other benefits include improved flexibility and range of motion, enhanced strength, and a calmer mind. The focus is on the whole person and the gentle and powerful integration of mind and body.

Who is this class for?

Yoga Resistance is an accessible class for all levels of practitioners and especially for those in tight or restricted bodies.
