Jason is passionate about creating and holding the space for you to feel empowered as you step on and off your mat. Jason’s classes are accessible for every body while offering opportunities to be challenged and grow.

In his Open classes, you will find dynamic sequences that link rhythmic movement with your breath, along with some music, flow, and a bit of sweat. In his Yin classes, you can expect to settle in to nourish your body and mind by discovering and exploring a space of supported stillness.

Jason has been teaching since 2017 and has completed multiple trainings with Jason Crandell, a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2021, and he completed an additional 1,000 hours of Yoga training in 2022. He regularly attends trainings and workshops around the world to continue expanding his knowledge so that he can share it with others.

Jason loves sharing the tools, practices, philosophy, and wisdom of Yoga to create an environment conducive for growth, healing, and transformation. Jason will greet you with a warm smile and a soft heart.
