Kat Clayton - BodyMindLife

Kat Clayton

Senior Yoga Teacher, Teacher Training Lead Facilitator

Kat radiates positive energy and nurturing warmth from the moment you step into her class. Kat skilfully weaves classical alignment with intelligent sequencing, playfulness, strength & softness with thought-provoking philosophy. Kat is a seasoned teacher training facilitator with over 20+ years experience on the yoga mat. Kat provides a fun and safe environment for students to advance their asana, practice yoga & mindfulness, and embody deeper physical and energetic alignment. She helps students feel lighter, stronger, empowered and challenge their limitations – usually sprinkling in an arm balance or two.

Kat has been teaching yoga in Sydney Australia since 2007. She has taught hundreds of yoga teachers as a senior teacher training facilitator at BodyMindLife since 2014. Her versatility and strength in yoga alignment, technique and passion for sharing the experience of yoga with others led her to become the Head of Teacher Training for BodyMindLife for many years.

In Kat’s trainings, workshops and classes you’ll sharpen your yoga toolkit and learn to apply yogic principles – on and off the mat. You’ll leave Kat’s classes feeling lighter, stronger, more balanced and connected.
