On a personal level, Narelle discovered Pilates due to a shoulder injury and the rest is history. Prior to her Pilates & fitness career she worked in a corporate setting with the Comm Bank in areas such as HR, Community/Media Relations and CBA TV. Narelle is a Surry Hills girl, born & bred in the area with strong historical connections to the areas colorful past – Kate Leigh is her Great Aunt. She is very community focused and is on the board of directors at the Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre. When not teaching or practicing Pilates she is either hanging out with her two children, fostering dogs, practicing Yoga and meditation or active in a community event.
