BodyMindLife is a place to play, explore, sweat and surrender.

Yoga and Pilates are transformative practices that can help us find a sense of calm in the modern world we live in. When we commit to ourselves, to challenge and strengthen our bodies and take time to pause, change will happen. It’s a journey and there is always time to begin.

Since we first open our studio doors more than 15 years ago, we’ve found an incredible community of students and expert teachers that continues inspire us, and grow.

It’s hard to put into words the feeling you get when you walk into BodyMindLife. We like to think of the studios as an inner-city oasis. A second place to come home.

Our four studios in Surry Hills, Potts Point, Redfern and Bondi Beach are unique but there is a sameness in our love for design and simplicity. Each purpose-built space has been designed by architect Ferique Brown using sacred geometry to create spaciousness and an environment that encourages you to open up, feel safe and be well.
