Narelle is a fully registered Pilates instructor, comprehensively trained by the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) in 2007. This registration enables clients to receive rebates from their health insurance companies if they have Pilates rehabilitation included in their cover. Additional to her Pilates qualifications Narelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Health Science, a Diploma in Fitness and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Having worked in some of Sydney’s best private Pilates studios she has diverse experience with the Pilates equipment including the Cadillac, Wunda Chair & Reformer. She has a nurturing and confident approach to issues and injuries within the body and strongly believes Pilates is for everybody. She loves interacting with people and not only shares her Pilates and health knowledge but she loves to educate clients about their body - empowering them to achieve a higher level of wellbeing . On a personal level, Narelle is a Surry Hills girl, born and bred in the area with strong historical connections to the areas colorful past. You’ll move through a challenging series of exercises that incorporate functional movement patterns to strengthen, tone, firm and balance your body, improve posture and prevent injury. Not suitable for beginners to Reformer Pilates, those with injuries or during pregnancy.

YOUR TEACHER - Narelle Clark

Narelle is a fully registered Pilates instructor, comprehensively trained by the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) in 2007. This registration enables clients to receive rebates from their health insurance companies if they have Pilates rehabilitation included in their cover. Additional to her Pilates qualifications Narelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Health Science, a Diploma in Fitness and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Having worked in some of Sydney’s best private Pilates studios she has diverse experience with the Pilates equipment including the Cadillac, Wunda Chair & Reformer. She has a nurturing and confident approach to issues and injuries within the body and strongly believes Pilates is for everybody. She loves interacting with people and not only shares her Pilates and health knowledge but she loves to educate clients about their body - empowering them to achieve a higher level of wellbeing . On a personal level, Narelle is a Surry Hills girl, born and bred in the area with strong historical connections to the areas colorful past. When not teaching Pilates she is busy with her two children. Narelle currently teaches at our Surry Hills and Bondi studios and is available for private sessions.

Cloe is a STOTT certified Pilates instructor who left the corporate world in July 2013 to pursue her passion for all things Pilates full time. Cloe’s personal journey through her own Pilates practice to rehab a back injury has allowed her to gain a thorough knowledge of the bodies systems, as well as empathise and connect with her clients. Cloe’s keen interest in the biomechanics of the human body keeps her classes innovative, functional and dynamic, as she researches and explores traditional and modern movement modalities.
Cloe teaches with enthusiasm, joy and attention to technique to ensure all her clients get the full benefit from every class. Cloe’s classes will challenge and increase your strength and stability in a fun and encouraging environment where you are guaranteed to work up a sweat and leave with a smile.
