Carla was first introduced to Pilates in 2001 and was immediately hooked. Practicing in Sydney, New York and London, Carla completed her certification in both mat and reformer Pilates in 2013. She believes the Pilates focus on posture, core stability and strength makes it an important practice for people of all ages and backgrounds. Carla's classes are strong and always varied. As a fully certified Personal Trainer, her focus is on form and movement, while encouraging clients to get the most out of their training. In 2015 she added Barre Attack to her repertoire, because she wanted to test herself (and her dance moves!). As a healthy living advocate and mother of two, Carla understands everyone leads busy lives but that if we love what we're doing, and nurture our body, we can achieve great thing.
