What you’ll learn:

  • Classical alignment of postures, in-depth understanding of asana and yogic techniques.

The program takes place over three months, starting with an 8 day immersion in the beautiful Byron Bay studio, before returning to Sydney and continuing with alternate weekend immersions at the Surry Hills studio. Assessments will be held the last weekend of the training. Upon completion of this course you’ll become a qualified yoga teacher, certified and accredited by Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance.
